Marti brings nearly 30 years of recruiting management, talent acquisition, and executive search expertise to Higher Talent Group. Her recruiting career began after relocating to the United Kingdom, where she earned certification through the Recruiting & Employment Confederation (REC) as both a Master Recruiter and Confirmed Member. These prestigious credentials provided a strong foundation for her career and helped shape her approach to talent acquisition and workforce solutions.

After spending 11 successful years in the UK, Marti returned to the United States and joined Manpower Professional in Phoenix, Arizona. There, she led high-performing recruiting teams supporting major aerospace clients, including Honeywell. Under her leadership, the team achieved exceptional results, earning a Manpower Award for outstanding revenue growth and performance. During this time, she specialized in identifying and placing top engineering and technical talent within the aerospace industry.

Marti later joined Belcan Engineering, where she continued to build her expertise over the next decade, developing strong partnerships with clients and candidates alike. With a proven track record of success and a passion for connecting exceptional talent with outstanding opportunities, she ultimately founded Higher Talent Group.

 

For more than 10 years, Higher Talent Group has flourished under Marti’s leadership. Through a combination of industry knowledge, proven recruiting methodologies, and a commitment to client success, she has helped organizations secure high-impact talent while building long-lasting professional relationships.

 

Originally from Southern California, Marti has traveled extensively throughout the world. Alongside her former husband, an accomplished martial artist, she attended international martial arts tournaments and cultural events in countries including Indonesia and Singapore, experiences that have broadened her global perspective and appreciation for diverse cultures and people.
